Don't you just love the feeling of being enveloped with warmth? For me there is just nothing better than getting into a warm bath. It's a sure way of getting your whole body to melt into relaxation, and your spirits to be lifted higher than a kite. Another added benefit to taking a warm bath are the nutrients (usually with the addition of bath salts) that are taken in by the body, and the gentle soothing of aches and pain.
