'Simplicity' is the perfect name for this cleanser, by I2 by Ivana K.  Because it's simply a perfect cleanser.  Presently we're having an arctic blast here in PA and just going outside for even the smallest amount of time makes my cheeks and chin chafed and red.  I thought that this would be a good test for this cleanser. When I teach my clients how to cleanse their skin, I've always used the analogy of cleaning a stain out of fabric or carpet.  You would never rub the cleanser back and forth hard on the stain because it would drive the stain in deeper. The way to remove dirt, makeup and oil from the skin is to 'lift' it out.  That means that your motions should be light circular motions. I prefer to add the cleanser to a moistened cotton ball.  When it's time to remove the cleanser (along with the debris), take a nice warm washcloth that has been wrung out, and gently push on the skin in the direction that hair comes out of the pore (picture a man's beard). So you'd remove your cleanser in a downward motion on your nose, cheeks, chin and neck, and outward on your forehead. Again the key is 'gently', do not pull on the skin.

     So what about this product?  Well, it's the perfect product to use in the method that I've described above because it works so effectively. It's a milky cleanser, and that's a favorite of mine.  Simplicity does what a good cleanser should do... clean!  It removed all traces of dirt, plus it actually tightened my skin without making it feel dry.  I've only known all-natural products to have that effect.  And what effect did it have on my chafed skin?  There was no burning or tingling whatsoever, it was just a soothing experience (for me and my skin).  This is a very nice product, and I enjoy using it.
